Mindful Practice Loving Kindness

Welcome to our final Mindful Practice audio for dynamic leaders. Today’s Practice of Loving-Kindness can be used in many ways to increase our awareness.

Later this week we will celebrate one of my favorite holidays – Memorial Day weekend. Years ago, it was associated with visiting family, decorating the graves of our relatives and remembering those who died in service of our country.

Our community usually held a parade which ended with a brief service at the town square with was really a triangle; I never understood what happened to the remaining section. Our high school band played after the speeches and prayers. Then we would travel to visit family. What are your memories of prior memorial day holidays?
