HR Solutions for Small Business, LLC was created to educate and show the small business owner (less than 100 employees) how to successfully implement human resources strategies that will engage the staff and help the company grow.
This consulting practice focuses on strategies related to job definition, pay and rewards; policy handbooks; compliance; and training and communications in these areas.
Plans are also being made for online training information on selected topics and will be shared in future blogs.
